The Answer to Can you Sweat?

The short answer is…. IODINE!  Iodine is a very important element and not one that people in North America get a lot of since it is found in seaweed and kelp.  Iodine deficiency can manifest as dryness in the mouth/eyes/skin.  It can also be related to a decreased ability to sweat, fibrocystic breast tissue, thyroid problems, PCOS, low stomach acid, insulin resistance and even heart arrhythmias.  More soon…
