1. l reuteri is helpful in absorbing nutrition in the small intestine.
2. bifidum is used in the large intestine and helps you have bowel movements. If you are seriously constipated, you may want to try a probiotic that JUST contains bifidum bacteria.
3. If you have recently had an antibiotic, it would be a great idea to do a beneficial bacteria “slam” to repopulate your digestive system. We will be introducing a product (Intensive Primodophilus by Nature’s Way) to do just that by the end of April (I hope). I have used it and am very impressed!
