thank you for your post about magnesium. while I have not yet experienced any of the symptoms and do not have candida, I am a kimkins member and have been tracking my nutrients through fitday since joining. there are only three nutrients I haven’t met RDA for, one being magnesium. A GNC rep recommended a product, but checking it through
fitday doesn’t seem to add very much change yet. However it wasn’t a liquid as your suggestion, so I will work on that now. thank you
