When a person is toxic the lymphatic system may become overloaded. A sign that the lymph system is overloaded may be tenderness of the skin, swollen lymph nodes, hard nodules in the back of the head or other areas of the body, excessive sweating (especially in the area of the neck and down to the chest). There is a very simple way to help your lymph system do its job; I have detailed that method below.
Your lymph system on has two drain points – you want to draw all of the toxins to these drain points, but first you must find the drain points. Here is an easy way to find them: criss cross your arms and bring them in to your chest, your fingers will be right at the spots you need to rub.
First, rub in a circular motion at the drain points you have just found.
Then 3 times with 2 fingers from each hand, rub from your forehead out, then move your fingers down the side of your head, over your temples and down your neck to the drain point,
I start with the index and middle fingers of each hand at the center of my forehead anddraw them out to my temples and down to the drain point. Then do the same from the center of the forehead at the bridge of the nose down the nose along the inside of the cheek bones to the drain point. Then from the temples to drain point, behind the ears to drain point, and also at the base of the skull at the top of your neck are 2 more lymph glands.
Each place is done 3-5 times., and so on.
Remember deep breathing, being in a relaxed state of mind and at a time when you are not rushed and can enjoy the experience. It is often helpful to do this in the shower as the water enables your hands to slide smoothly and easily over your skin.
Here is a brief snyopsis of a drain which will cover almost all parts of your body… all drains should be done 3 times
1. Rub your chest 3 times in a circular motion
2. Forehead to drain points where you rubbed on your chest
3. Bridge of Nose to drain points
4. Temples to drain points
5. Behind the ears to drain points
6. Rub your chest 3 times in a circular motion again
7. Right wrist to drain point on chest
8. Left wrist to drain point on chest
9. ankle (up the leg) to the waist (right and left)
10. arm pit squeeze where the lymph node is there
11. thigh squeeze – as close to the inside of your thigh/pelvis as possible
Remember, you shouldn’t rub so hard that it hurts AT ALL, and not hard enough even that you make your skin red or pink.
To your health!
