Have you ever been doing a candida cleanser and had a rash break out all over your torso? Well, if you have, this is a true sign of candida cleansing – your body is trying to eliminate the candida directly through the skin in that area. If you see this, you probably have a pretty severe candida issue. You can help yourself by taking a soluble fiber (like Loclo) to help sweep and absorb...

Autism is an incredible condition. Did you know that 1 in 150 children are afflicted with this condition today. The ratio is even more frightening when it is related to males. England and Ireland recently reported that autism is affecting 1 in every 58 people there.
I applaud all of you who are teaching the world about autism and how to manage or recover from it. From my perspective, it...

I just found this out and wanted to pass the information along. We all know that many candida sufferers have issues with heavy metals. If you do have heavy metals, your body will produce candida almost as a defense mechanism. The candida “digests” the heavy metals in such a way that the metal is not nearly as toxic to your system. Therefore, it is imperative that you chelate...

Just the other day I was in the doctor’s office and was reading an interesting article in a magazine I had picked up. As I waited my turn, I had enough time to peruse an article about colicky babies. I have always felt sorry for mom’s who have colicky babies. It seems as if the baby is constantly crying and fussing; You know that they are in pain and that there is not...

If part of your candida attack plan includes following the anti-candida diet; I bet you are more than a little concerned about the nutrition that you are NOT getting. Fruits are a definite no-no on most anti-candida plans. Even on products like ThreeLac, it is a good idea to be conservative in the types and amounts of fruit that you are eating. However, and this has always been my problem...

Many of us with Candida also have a lot of difficulty with our eyes; some people complain of visual blurring, floaters in the eyes, sensitivity to light or even eye pain.  This is not a fun issue to deal withWhat can be the connection between these issues with the eyes and candida?Â
Believe it or not, the answer relates to toxicity. The eyes are very sensitive to the levels of toxins...

Have you taken a look at your tongue lately? The tongue is the daily picture of the digestive tract and other parts of the body. You can learn a lot, if you pay attention to the condition of your tongue.
A very serious condition is indicated if you have a black tongue. If you have this, you should see a doctor directly. However, you are here to learn about white tongues…so, here...

Candida overgrowth is becoming more and more widespread. It is speculated that 85-90% of the populus has at least some form of yeast overgrowth. Why is this becoming such a problem? We can do so many things with technology and, yet, this simple, invasive organism is significantly affecting people’s lives in all sorts of negative ways.
So, what it is it that we are doing that is...

Many men think that yeast infections happen solely to women. Sorry guys… I am afraid you are wrong on that one. Although, it is not very common, it is very possible for men to get a penile yeast infection. The most common way that this is contracted is through sexual contact with a woman who has a vaginal yeast infection.Â
Symptoms may include:
1. an itchy rash on the exterior...

Why does pregnancy make candida worse?
Candida is an opportunistic yeast that will take advantage of anything it can in order to grow in your system. Women who are pregnant can see a flare up in yeast conditions once they find out that they are expecting. But, why does this happen…?!?!
It turns out that the body will suppress the immune system in order to protect the developing baby. ...
