I continue to be amazed at the number of people on acid reflux medications. My question for them – are these medications necessary or are you suffering from a lack of acid in the stomach.
Low Levels of stomach acid (hydrochloric acid or HCL) can be responsible for a number of chronic conditions.
1) HCL converts pesinogen into pepsin which helps to break proteins down more easily.
2) Creates...

These next two videos show you how to close your Ileo Cecal Valve. The Ileo Cecal is a one-way valve that connects the small intestine to the large intestine. Candida may colonize around this valve causing inflammation which may cause the valve to remain stuck open. A chronic condition may result in which the Ileo Cecal valve is open a majority of the time. This may make for a tender spot in the lower...

If your detox pathways are shut down, it will be very difficult to eliminate yeast in the system even if you are using something like ThreeLac to kill the candida. Your detox pathways may be shut down if you are experiencing itchiness, skin rashes, headaches, brain fog, etc that just won’t go away.
The best way to open your detox pathways fully is to take vitamin C. 1000-2000 mg per day should...

I just got off the phone from someone in Abu Dhabi and she told me what her doctor said to her when she approached him about symptoms she is having that she suspects may be from candida. His response was exactly the same as what doctors in the states will say. “The only way you can have candida is if you are seriously immune compromised and if you had it you would be on your death bed.”...

I ran into an article today that talks about the benefits of vitamin D. Apparently, T Cells, the immune system’s killer cells, rely on vitamin D to become active. If vitamin D is not present, the T Cells will not recognize the presence of a pathogen or infection and will not activate themselves to fight the condition. Vitamin D deficiency is becoming quite common in the USA and Canada as...

Hey all, there is a new article out that says a British study determined that Vitamin D3 reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome or diabetes.
Here is an excerpt from the article:
“Those participants with the highest levels of vitamin D lowered their risk of developing cardiovascular disease by 33 percent, their risk of Type 2 diabetes by 55 percent, and their...

Vitamin D3 is an important vitamin that is needed for 10 different reasons. We are supposed to get our Vitamin D3 through sun exposure, but so many of us work indoors now that it is hard to get the amount our body needs. Even when we are in the sun, we cover up with sun screen lotions for fear of developing skin cancer. As a result, many people are very deficient. It is virtually impossible to...

I have a friend who I have known for a very long time, her name is Heather. She got married a few years go and had two beautiful children; a little girl (Sienna) and a little boy (Krischan). Her little boy started having some interesting digestive problems only a few weeks after he was born, but that was manageable. Around 1 year of age, Krischan developed two sores on his back and neck that...
