I have tried all the gimmicks but the best thing is to rinse your mouth with a diluted solution of Clorox every 2 or 3 days or you re-infect your gut EVERY TIME YOU SWALLOW!! Time and a proper diet is ONLY THING that will give a permanent cure to Candida. All the rest are hype !
