The Answer to Can you Sweat?

The short answer is…. Can you sweat?

Really, do you have any trouble sweating???  I sure did! In fact, I was rather proud of the fact that I couldn’t sweat (it was certainly convenient) – I thought it might have been a genetic fluke. The ability to sweat is extremely important for detoxifiction, but there is more to it than just that.  I also had hormonal imbalances, dry skin and some other problems.  Come back tomorrow...
